“Make a Change, and Pursue a Better-Quality Life Where you Can be Happier”
Hello and welcome!
My name is Ria and I am the blogger behind this website.

I am glad you found this page as I want this to be your starting point on your journey to overcome stress to be happier. I will be glad to point you in the right direction.
If you are ready to make some changes to improve the quality of your life, I want you to know that I am here to help you out.
A Little About Me
After many years of hard work in my profession and helping my family to prosper and grow, I realized that I needed a change in my lifestyle, a way to reduce stress and work from home.
My family was growing but I was feeling miserable with a ton of responsibilities. I was suffering from intense emotional stress and poor health, I was not even having that much quality time with my kids and my husband.
This psychological pressure of wanting to do something different drove me to produce amazing results. It forced me to start searching for new ways to live and work.
This new way of looking at life is what I want to share with you. We can be happier, healthier and have more time to take care of our family if we make some changes in our lifestyle.
My Advice,
How to Improve the Quality of Life
*Find your purpose
UCLA researchers concluded that people are happier when they feel a clear purpose in their life. That is why it is fundamental to first know why you think you need a better-quality lifestyle and why are you pursuing a change in your lifestyle.
Perhaps you want to be a great parent, a great daughter, be in better shape or, if you’re ambitious, an influencer that promotes a better quality of life.
RHT is built around giving you all the tools and techniques that I have found to yield great results to increase your happiness. You can share yours as well. These techniques may not work exactly for every situation but will give you direction and a starting point.
*Focus on your Physical and Emotional Health

– Exercise
According to a Harvard Research, when you work out, especially running or jogging, your body starts to reduce the hormones that would normally cause stress, like adrenaline and cortisol. That will clear your mind right away, improving your creativity and the way you focus on things.
Remember, you don’t need to run a marathon. Science has proven with just 30 minutes of exercise, two or three times a week will have more of an impact on happiness than antidepressants.
Jogging with your friends or dog might be a great step for boosting happiness than many other things.
Another research shows that when you are exercising your body boost serotonin, a mood-elevating hormone.
– Go out and relax
Camping and hiking with the family or loved ones is a great way to start.

Scientific studies have shown that connecting to nature and perceiving its beauty increases happiness and Well-being.
Other research shows that being outdoors as well as being in nature increased happiness and vitality.
This is the focus of this website. Here you will find ways to learn and enjoy about every season, find joy in the rain, the snow and the sun. The different reviews will help you overcome any obstacle that lower temperatures will pose.
Winter is the season where most of us struggle, that is why many of our reviews are based on winter activities.
*Take the Time to Meditate
Meditating and connecting with your soul will give you peace and a sense of calm. I am not talking about following any specific religion, it is more about finding internal peace.
Believe in yourself and act according to your moral values.
*Spend Time with your Loved Ones
If you have little kids like me, you will find a lot of joy spending quality time with them. It will help you relax and strengthen family bonds. To me, this is a win-win and will boost your emotional health as well.
During my journey, I found the need to work from home to achieve this goal, but you may have a different situation.
One of the biggest regrets, when you see yourself staring at your own death, is not spending enough time with family and loved ones.
*Give to Others is Key for Your Happiness
The path to happiness becomes easier when we give to others. In fact, A 2016 scientific study has shown that generosity elevates happiness far more and for longer than spending money on ourselves.
When you donate your time or money you promote cooperation, you connect socially to everyone else and it changes how you see things.
You probably have heard the phrase “it is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35)
*Be Proactive and Start Working Toward your Goals
Setup small life goals — Many people have set themselves so many big ones which makes it almost impossible to start.
Dream big but start with baby steps. When you start seeing your progress, it will increase your motivation and you will have a better chance to succeed.
I started slowly training myself on affiliate marketing and blogging and that’s how today I have this online business.
You can start doing the same.
*Don’t be afraid of changes as you will Gain Experience by Failing
Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper job for “not being creative enough.”. Thomas Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb before achieving success.
Success comes after making many and many mistakes. Failing is your best opportunity to learn. Hopefully, you can see it that way.
Don’t deny yourself the opportunity to learn new skills, even if it costs you money it will end up being an investment.
Where to Go From Here
I hope this page has convinced you that with small changes in your lifestyle you can improve your quality of life, become happier and successful.
I did it by getting away from stress, keeping myself active and working from home. I believe you can do it too.
To your success!!
